Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Analyst works directly with the Sales Operations team for the Sales Department in order to plan methods for recording and reporting on sales reps daily statistics.
Executes administrative work duties. Defines, tracks and reports on key metrics that
indicate sales effectiveness improvements and skill development traction.
Creates various reports for multiple department heads. Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Sales Team team to plan, track, record, and report on data.
- Works across various departments to provide the most comprehensive & consumable information when needed.
- Defines, tracks and reports on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness.
- Communicates consistent metric updates to department leaders.
- Collaborates to alert department leaders on any decrease in metrics.
- Developing and implementing new systems to streamline standard operating
- procedures for sales.
- Verify and add additional talk time for daily reporting.
- Update, review and provide daily sales reports to the Sales Leader and Director.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience with Pivot Tables, automations and formulas.
- Experience with Google Data Studio and Looker Studio.
- Experience with reporting and data integration.
- Ability to report and transform data into visualizations and tables.
- Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides.
- Ability to learn new software programs.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura Florida.
