We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support our growing sales team. This individual will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing operational tools, and analyzing data to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, and CRM management, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start- up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Process Optimization
• Analyze and refine sales workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to design, implement, and monitor sales strategies.
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of sales data within the CRM and other systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools to improve sales productivity and reporting.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales initiatives with broader company objectives.
• Assist in coordinating training and onboarding programs for sales team members.
• Revenue Operations & Forecasting.
• Support revenue forecasting efforts by ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.
• Monitor sales forecasts and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the software or cybersecurity industry
- Experience working in SaaS and B2B environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of revenue operations and quota-setting processes.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in generating insights from large datasets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Hybrid HQ/New Jersey is "preferred", but fully remote will be considered.
