Position: Vice President, Revenue Operations

In this role, you will spearhead initiatives that provide essential training, tools, and strategic insights to enhance the performance of our Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing departments. Your leadership will be pivotal in streamlining operations, promoting teamwork, and achieving meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize revenue operations within the Commercial team to enhance growth and efficiency.
- Formulate and implement revenue growth strategies and their execution to back global sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Commercial leaders and Finance to forecast revenue, prepare budgets, and evaluate performance metrics.
- Strengthen analytical capabilities to derive insights regarding sales effectiveness, customer behaviors, and satisfaction levels.
- Proactively lead efforts to address customer retention challenges and promote customer success.
- Oversee the implementation and analysis of Go-To-Market strategies.
- Partner with senior sales management to drive annual revenue planning processes and ensure cross-functional coordination.
- Design and manage sales compensation frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Develop strategies for territory allocation, segmentation, quota determination, and capacity planning.
- Establish scalable processes that enhance sales methodologies and enablement.
- Enhance the functionality of commercial technology platforms including Salesforce and HubSpot to accelerate revenue growth.
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships across functions to improve customer success and retention rates.
- Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives within the Commercial team to ensure focus on high-impact projects.
- Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team that thrives in a remote work culture.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or relevant roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
