Job Summary
The Senior Sales Operations Specialist at ViX Paula Hermanny is a strategic role responsible for optimizing sales and operational processes, ensuring efficiency in wholesale order management, inventory control, and ERP system optimization. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this exempt position requires a highly skilled professional capable of driving process improvements, resolving operational challenges, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage wholesale order processing workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Perform pick audits for all channels; e-commmerce, wholesale and retail.
- Ensure retail orders and sent to each location within the expected time.
- Optimize ERP system performance to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Provide reporting to give visibility to the internal and external wholesale team
- Act as the primary liaison for high-value wholesale accounts, addressing escalated operational issues and ensuring seamless client communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with sales and customer requirements.
- Mentor and train staff, promoting team performance and development.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and implement workflow enhancements.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational processes and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
· Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., RLM, SAP) with a focus on optimization.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
· Familiarity with wholesale platforms (e.g., JOOR, NuOrder) and EDI processes.
