This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments—including Services Sales, Advisory, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations—to create meticulously crafted, compliant Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and ancillary materials that drive our success. Your contributions will significantly enhance our content library and refine our processes to reflect industry-leading standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify requests by collaborating with stakeholders to define plans, estimate scopes, and formulate proposals.
- Analyze customer requirements to produce impactful business and technical documentation.
- Develop proposals by reviewing customer-defined scopes and ensuring compliance with business, legal, and financial requirements.
- Coordinate deliverables by managing the creation of SOWs, proposals, and related materials while overseeing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Foster cross-department collaboration by partnering with various teams to produce high-priority customer deliverables.
- Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure clarity, readability, and alignment with customer expectations.
- Engage in deal validation meetings to confirm SOW contents and implement necessary updates.
- Drive process improvement by collaborating with team members to enhance proposal processes, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain a knowledge base by keeping company, software, and service information accurate and up-to-date.
- Mentor junior team members on proposal processes and industry best practices.
- Educate teams on proposal best practices, policies, and processes through effective training and communication.
Required Skills
- Strong ability to articulate and comprehend complex business, technical, and legal information.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing collaborative relationships with sales and delivery teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to quickly adapt and innovate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the sales lifecycle and its various stages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in producing SOWs and proposals for substantial contracts.
- Experience in consulting or with software vendors is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- A degree in business, communications, English, marketing, computer science, or related fields is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary range for this position is \(129,000 to \)225,600, with potential equity (when applicable) and incentive compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical plans, a 401(k) plan with company match, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and more.
