The Sales Operations Analyst ensures that Executive leaders, GTM leaders and GTM staff have the optimal pipeline visibility to improve internal interactions. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing an accurate picture of the team’s performance, enabling accurate forecasting. The Sales Operations Analyst will interact with remote roles in North America and Europe in a mostly virtual company. This requires an innovative approach to sharing knowledge with the GTM team. Sales Operations works with senior executives to develop strategic plans for the development of the GTM team based on a data-driven approach. Goals of this position are to increase actionability of pipeline analytics, increase pipeline conversion rates, and identify areas of improvements for individual GTM staff.

About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:
- Continuously train the GTM team on Salesforce and provide meaningful updates about new processes and functionality.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that serve as single source of truth for the GTM team
- Work with Sales Leaders to implement actionable KPIs to monitor individual GTM staff progress
- Manage Sales Territories and Account ownership with Sales leaders
- Execute Sales compensation operations
- Work closely with Marketing Operations on process optimization
About You
You're a fit for the role of Sales Operations Analyst if you have:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Software as a Service Sales (SaaS) experience is a must
- Strong knowledge around Salesforce is a must
- Experience in change management
- Strong affinity towards digital solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the GTM-team and other stakeholders across the organization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.
- Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude
- Collaborative, team player
- Self-starter, proven ability to initiate next steps toward meeting business goals
- High level of integrity and understanding of sales and GTM ethics
- MEDDIC experience is a plus
- Experience with Gong and Demandbase is a plus
