We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to drive sales while efficiently managing travel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of ticketing and travel services.
Sales & Business Development:- Identify and acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with travel agencies, airlines, and corporate clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and expand client base.
Operations Management:- Resolve travel-related issues, cancellations, or changes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation.
Requirements:- Experience: 1+ years in travel sales and operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
