The role:
As a Sales Operations Manager, you are a crucial driver of operational excellence, ensuring the seamless execution of strategies that meet financial and growth goals. This role is important in optimizing processes, maximizing resources, and establishing streamlined communication that aligns teams with our centralized approach to sales strategy.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Partner Services and Sales Operations, you will directly contribute to profitability across all sales channels by promoting agreement and efficiency.
You will support the tactical execution of sales and marketing plans through reporting while bridging communication gaps between Sales, Marketing, Education, Partner Services, and Operations.
Your efforts empower key stakeholders with unified, relevant insights, driving collaboration and operational efficiency. A strong focus is placed on tracking and improving metrics related to system adoption, use, and adherence to expectations set by departmental leaders.

What you will do:
- Provide cohesive and holistic data-based communication to the Field and Internal Sales Managers, Distributors, and Multi-Location Salon teams to support them in their sales and account management efforts
- Monitor the success of sales strategies through data systems
- Manage, document and update processes and procedures to support sales and customer needs
- Utilize sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
What you will need:
- College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years' experience in a sales team environment
- 3 years operational experience or similar capacity
- Project management experience required
