Position Overview
As the Franchise Sales Operations Manager you are the glue between sales and marketing, and without your success in this role, we can't hit our goals and help as many clients as possible.
You lead and own the sales conversion process in conjunction with our Franchise Brokerage and Marketing team. This is one of the most important roles in the company, because you set the tone for the client experience, and maximize lead and sale conversions.
We want someone who is a strategic thinker, and loves to come up with winning ideas and then execute on those ideas to see them come to life.
Part of this role is managing and coaching our appointment setting team, overseeing the lead conversion process, and oversight of the sales process along with our Franchise Brokerage team.
This position includes a seat on our Executive Leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Management- Assist in aspects of franchise sales strategy & process, to include management of sales process, lead generation, and working closely with our Franchise Brokerage team to help our clients and achieve sales targets.
- Call Volume Management - Make outbound calls and make sure the team is making the proper amount of calls daily to client leads that have provided their information as a lead magnet, or self qualified through our marketing channels. There is NO cold calling within our current methods.
- Sales Ownership- Oversee and responsible for sales operations, and specific sales targets and KPI's. Keep the calendars full of sales calls.
- Sales Pipeline Management- Full ownership of the lead conversion process, and ensure the proper processes are set up for proper tracking and to maximize performance.
- Sales Leadership- Develop/Manage appointment setters, DM, inbound/outbound). Ensure the team is meeting KPI's, assist them and make calls when necessary.
- Respond to sales inquiries/ handle lead qualification calls.
- Take calls with prospective clients, qualify them, understand their goals and needs, and coordinate their next steps in the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing team, to help drive results, while looking after the best interest of our clients.
- Develop/Manage inbound and outbound sales strategy and implementations
- Assist in the creation and upgrades of our sales scripts and messaging
- Analyzing and reporting sales metrics
- Work with tech systems including Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn, and CRM
- Learning and Mastery of Avatars
- Attending & Participating in Team Calls
Requirements
- Franchise Industry Experience Preferred
- 2+ years experience in sales
- Experienced with managing people.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the unique needs and objectives of prospective franchise owners.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in the franchise industry.
- Good organizational, call planning and time management skills.

Compensation
- $40,000- $50,000 salary + Bonuses
- Competitive Guaranteed Base Salary PLUS Commission and bonus
