Overview
The Sales Enablement Analyst will support the Sr. Home Channel Strategy Manager and Commercial team in executing on the strategic vision and annual business objectives of Lavazza North America Home channels, Retail and eComm. This individual will be responsible for managing reporting and sales operations for: US Retail, US & Canada eComm, and Canada Channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager with data pulling, reporting, deck building, and other tasks related to strategic planning functions: Monthly Business Reviews, Annual Budget Planning, Selling Stories.
- Updating and publishing monthly syndicated data reports and scorecards (Nielsen, Numerator, MarketShare).
- Update and maintain all selling materials, spec sheets, product images, and all other sales enablement tools needed for the customer sell-in.
- Manage the day-to-day database maintenance and tasks needed to ensure accurate and timely reporting via syndicated data tools.
- Support cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Strategy) with sell-in reporting and analysis to support various aspects of the annual business planning – monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual budget planning, business development and NPD business cases.
- Manage general sales operations activities such as accurate and timely submission of rebates, POs, and sales commissions.
- Manage sample orders for new customer and innovation.
- Maintain customer portals to ensure business continuity; Including updating item specifications, new product submissions, updated product images, and contracts using 1WorldSync, Syndigo, Atrify, etc.
- Create and maintain instructions manual/documentation of business process and timelines, critical activities, and key contacts to maintain business continuity as the cross functional team evolves.
- Support cross functional Home Channel Commercial Team as needed with Ad hoc projects.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICTAIONS
- Four year degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business
- 1+ year working experience in CPG Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Sales Planning or Marketing preferred
- Experience supporting Retail and eComm channels and customers preferred
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PPT) required
- Experience with syndicated data tools required (Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, Amazon Retail Analytics, Ascential Market Share, Helium)
- Ability to efficiently and effectively learn new technology (Proprietary Lavazza tools)
- Ability to efficiently and effectively learn new technology (Proprietary Lavazza tools)
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
- Highly agile and thrives in a fast-paced working environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Highly organized and strong project management skills
- Strong collaboration and with the ability to work well cross functionally with all levels of the organization - peers to Executives
- Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results
