Following major growth across the organization in 2024, their sales leaders are in need of a Sales Operations Analyst to take charge of tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all the data associated with their teams' performance and their customers. About You
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst position in a B2B organization within the Telecommunications or Technology industry.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functionality (Excel or Google Sheets) and usage for data tracking, analysis, visualization, and reporting (pivot tables, look-ups).
- Highly collaborative and self-motivated: You will have ownership over this function and will interface with leaders across the go-to-market organization, from Managers to VPs, and must be comfortable sharing ideas and problem-solving together.
- Adaptable and creative: As part of a small team in a fast-growing company, you will need demonstrated success in a similar role where demands and business needs were changing regularly.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools/systems is a strong asset.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
