Your Mission
The Revenue Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. You’ll act as the nexus between the Commercial, Marketing, Client Development, and Finance teams. This role is designed to optimise revenue growth and efficiency across the company by implementing best practices in sales operations, customer lifecycle processes, and revenue analysis.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be directly accountable for the company's Committed Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR) growth, collaborating closely with leadership to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
You’ll leverage data to drive strategic decisions, optimise operational processes, identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment between various departments to ensure Acquired.com operates efficiently and effectively at scale.
This is a high-impact role, directly contributing to our ambitious growth and operational efficiency, you’ll be working closely with some of the brightest people in fintech innovation located in the heart of London.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution

Drive the revenue strategy and implementation to maximise revenue.
- Provide analytical support and strategic project management for initiatives such as pricing strategies, sales incentives, and market expansion.
Systems and Tools

You’ll build and maintain relevant tools, processes and reports including our CRM, to deliver actionable insights.
- You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure core tools and technologies are fully leveraged to maximise ROI and streamline workflows.
- You'll collate, analyse, and report back to the business on key performance metrics across the revenue cycle, leveraging data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Data Integrity & Monitoring

You'll own the accuracy of our sales pipeline and revenues by implementing rigorous forecasting methodologies, maintaining data integrity, and continuously refining predictive models.
- You'll ensure forecasts are reliable and align with the company’s financial goals, directly contributing to performance-based compensation.
- Share regular reports and KPI’s on sales performance, pipeline health, accuracy/ variances, Win rates and churn. Identify trends and areas for continual improvements.
Sales Process Enablement

You'll establish, document, and police all revenue-related processes to ensure strict adherence and consistency across teams, continuously evaluating and refining processes to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- You'll provide training and resources to empower teams to follow established processes and utilise tools effectively while serving as a trusted advisor to Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders, ensuring they have the support needed to meet their objectives.
- You'll act as the gatekeeper of all revenue operations processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, identifying and address any deviations from established procedures swiftly and effectively.
Innovation

You'll constantly seek opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the revenue operations function, leading transformational change initiatives aimed at driving incremental revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market intelligence.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership

You'll ensure seamless coordination and alignment across Marketing; New Business; Partnerships & Alliances; Account Management and Customer Success teams, developing and enforcing best-in-class processes, enabling all teams to work toward common goals effectively.
What you’ll bring
-
Deep knowledge of complex Payment Processing, fintech or SaaS within the B2B eCommerce space.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations/ revenue optimisation role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, including cross-functional implementation and ongoing system and workflow optimisation (we use Pipe Drive, Salesloft and others), marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and data analytics software.
- Experience of Sales Enablement, including sales methodologies, training, and delivery.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
