Role: Sales Operations Specialist
Experience: 2 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various Sales and Business Unit Heads across the organization to streamline operations and improve sales processes.
Maintain and update Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts by gathering and analyzing data.
Coordinate effectively with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) on sales performance updates and other operational needs.
Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure seamless sales operations.
Adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate USA time zone overlap as required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across various teams and hierarchies.
Proficient in Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
A flexible approach to work timing to align with international teams.
