We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle a variety of tasks related to CRM management, sales order processing, and coordination between the sales and purchase teams. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead Management: Add and modify leads in ZOHO CRM, ensuring all lead information is accurate and up-to-date.
Quotation Management: Enter quotes into ZOHO CRM based on the quoted values from leads and share these quotations with customers and the sales team.
Purchase Coordination: Work closely with the purchase team to manage products that are not available (NA) and ensure timely updates are provided.
Sales Order and Invoice Processing:
- Enter sales orders into the system.
- Enter sales invoices into Tally and ensure they match the order details.
Reporting: Process lead entries in CRM daily and provide management with reports as needed.
Sample Request Management: Oversee the management of sample requests through the portal, ensuring efficient handling and communication.
Order Management: Regularly review the pending orders list on a weekly basis, follow up on back orders, and communicate updates to customers and the sales team.
Communication: Provide quotations, availability details, and COA (Certificate of Analysis) to both customers and the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ZOHO CRM and Tally
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Purchase, etc.)
- Experience with sales order processing and invoicing is a plus
