We're looking for Sales Operations Executive for one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category in India.
Responsibilities
- Support Offline Sales Business - both GT & MT (General Trade & Modern Trade)
- Team Target Setting with Business Head
- Maintain GT & MT Business Dashboard including Collections for P&L understanding
- Team Beat Plan, Adherence, Changes, etc.
- Partner Coordination for Invoices, Claims, other documentation
- Sales Tracker & Inventory Trackers
- Offer Tracker across Partner Locations incl Assets Installation
- System Additions & Updates in Bizom (SFA) & D365 (ERP)
- Reports & Analytics
- Coordinate with SCM / Warehouse Team for Better Fill Rates
- Coordinate with SCM / Logistics Team for Delivery Route Mapping & Optimization
- Coordinate with Marketing for Collaterals
Qualifications
- 2-5 years in FMCG sales operations
- Bachelor’s Degree with Maths/Numbers Focus OR a Master’s Degree in Business Management
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Hands on knowledge of ERP & SFA (Experience in Bizom/D365 is highly preferred)
- Hand-on experience of advance excel.
