We are expanding our Revenue Operations team to support a new business area, and we're looking for someone who wants to continue developing their skills and progress internally in this Level 3 position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Revenue Operations experience, particularly in a commercial or IT Solutions and Software environment, to make a real impact across the business.
The role involves providing daily support to the Sales and Marketing function within the new business unit and working with the wider IRIS team to help integrate the business into our core strategic systems. A strong knowledge of SalesForce CRM is essential, and any experience with selling into the education sector would be a bonus.
Managing Revenue Operations ticket requests, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.-
Documenting and analysing requirements to ensure they are fully understood and delivered by the appropriate teams.

Distributing daily reports to the relevant participants where reports are not automated.

Providing support to other teams with requests for information or ad-hoc analysis.

Collaborating with teams such as Renewals, Finance, Operations, and others to support Sales information.

Managing order checks and supporting the integration of order processing into the core IRIS systems.

Assisting the Revenue Operations Manager or Senior Leadership Team with additional tasks as needed.

Developing reports and dashboards in SalesForce and other systems, particularly focusing on Renewals and their use of the systems.

Documenting process flows and playbooks to support efficiency and process improvements.

Supporting process mapping of key processes and helping with any process changes.

A qualification in business, finance, or administration

A relevant degree or higher education qualification

Experience with SalesForce CRM, including user experience or certification

Background in Revenue Operations, Sales, Revenue, or Finance Operations

Strong knowledge of SalesForce and hands-on experience

Experience in report preparation and commercial reporting

Knowledge of Revenue Operations and its key drivers

Experience with Power BI or Tableau

Experience managing SharePoint applications

Understanding of marketing campaigns

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Strong attention to detail, numeric skills, and organisational abilities

A positive, can-do attitude and desire to grow within the company
