Designation: Business Operation Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of cakes and flowers for the Dealers and the Fleet Customers.
- Timely Delivery: Coordinate deliveries for special occasions like birthdays and weddings, ensuring punctuality on a proper Address.
- Reporting: Maintain daily reports on delivery status and challenges faced.
- Planning: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan delivery schedules effectively.
- Redemption Program: Support the redemption program for JK Tyre Dealers & Fleet customers by processing orders and maintaining records.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain records of operational activities for easy reference.
- Support: Provide assistance to the operations team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or currently pursuing the master’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.
