We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Sales Operation Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving sales processes. This role requires a data-driven approach to track sales performance, analyze trends, and support the sales team with valuable insights to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the sales process, track day-to-day sales data, and monitor order booking trends.
- Maintain and update lead status reports, ensuring live tracking of each lead generated by the sales team.
- Conduct weekly sales performance reviews, providing key insights and reports.
- Identify new market segments and blue ocean opportunities to expand business growth.
- Develop strategic plans to acquire new customers and penetrate untapped markets.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to the sales team and management for business development.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards for management, highlighting performance trends and opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, CRM software, etc.).
- Experience in sales forecasting, trend analysis, and market research.
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales and management teams.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Data presentable skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Understanding of the industrial sales process, preferably in the sealing solutions or engineering industry.
