Roles & Responsibilities
Set up and customize the CPQ tool within Salesforce, ensuring accurate product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes based on client specifications.
Create, update, and maintain product catalogues, bundles, price books, discounting structures, and promotional offers within the CPQ system
Streamline the end-to-end quoting process, from creating quotes to converting them into orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Integrate DealHub or other CPQ API with Salesforce modules and external systems (like ERP or CRM platforms) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Design and implement approval workflows for quotes, ensuring adherence to pricing and discounting policies.
Work closely with sales and finance teams to devise promotional and discounting strategies, and then configure them within the CPQ tool.
Regularly test CPQ configurations and updates, ensuring accuracy in product configurations, pricing rules, and overall quote generation.
Offer continuous support to end-users, addressing any challenges or issues with the CPQ tool, and implementing fixes or enhancements as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
6years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 4 years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
Ability to customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and demonstrate the same to the customer.
Handson experience in the Force.com platform configuration and development using Apex, LWC & flow

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
