Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee grant accounting and ensure compliance with all grant requirements.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow and investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including A-133 audits.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish is a must
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Strong experience with grant accounting and compliance.
- Experience with A-133 audits and regulatory compliance.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
