About the Role:
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and client success. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to analyze reports, manage data integrity, and support business workflows. Your responsibilities will include coordinating client engagements, tracking key performance metrics, and identifying areas for process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Support client engagement by managing data integrity, invoicing, and operational workflows
- Assist in scheduling client calls and operational meetings with key stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data and team access
- Analyze reports to validate accurate data for invoicing and client presentations
- Identify areas for process improvement through reporting and analysis
- Collaborate on product development, maintenance, and business solutions
- Generate professional reports, documents, and presentations with attention to detail
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, revenue cycle operations, and data analytics
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare business operations, data analysis, and workflow management required
- Degree or certification in Business Administration, Health Information Management, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of DRG, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and revenue codes required
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Excel (specifically with pivot tables, vlookups, and overall formula driven expertise), Quickbooks, and PowerBI required
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred

Work Environment:
- This is a full-time remote position. General hours of work are Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, phone, and a dedicated, secure workspace to ensure adherence to HIPAA Privacy and Security policies and procedures when viewing Protected Health Information (PHI).
