Role Overview
We seek a highly driven and analytical
Manager – Strategy & Business to lead high-impact strategic initiatives, streamline business processes, and drive data-backed decision-making. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align efforts with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with the Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align strategic efforts and optimize business impact.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions to drive efficiency and business growth.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop frameworks, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startups, or a high-growth operational environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and driving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
