Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Bengaluru. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of a real estate company, including budgeting, accounting, financial planning, preparing financial statements, tax compliance, risk management, overseeing finance operations, utilizing analytical skills for decision-making, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and profitability by making data driven decisions aligned with the overall business strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Expertise in real estate accounting and financial modeling
- Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- CPA or other relevant professional accounting certifications
- Financial Planning and Financial Statements skills
- Finance and Analytical Skills
- Financial Reporting expertise
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
- CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred
