Reporting:Chief Financial Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Heads special projects for Finance org as a part of the CFO office, working cross-functionally with finance sub-functions and senior stakeholders.
- Drive annual and quarterly AOPs for the Finance Function, including periodic reviews of performance by different finance sub-functions vs. committed goals.
- Acts as the point of contact between CFO office and other non-finance functions (HR, CEO office, Corporate Development teams) for ad hoc support on projects, functional AOP and goals
- Maintains oversight across BUs on monthly and quarterly financial performance and disseminate appropriate information for the CFO’s consumption
- Continuously improve Board governance and management practices to develop best in class Board Management. Focus on corporate governance as a key differentiator in establishing a market premium over time
- Prepare mid to long term forecasts for different business verticals and collaborate on capital allocation plans with IR and Biz Finance teams
Qualifications and skillsets:
- Degree in finance, business, or a related field (CA or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations or a related field, with excellent communication skills
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with a flair for presenting facts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a pre-requisite.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to deal with ambiguity and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements a plus.
- Professional demeanour and the ability to represent the company effectively to external stakeholders.
