JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds, highlighting features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by offering test drives and providing detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts and financing agreements.
- Operations Job Description:
- Order and manage parts inventory required for vehicle repairs and service, ensuring timely availability.
- Track and monitor the status of parts orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery.
- Monitor the status of ongoing vehicle repairs, ensuring timely progress and completion.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- MUST HAVE driver's license.
- Be coachable and be open to learning.
- Have good interpersonal skills, and excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong computer skills (internet & MS Office), with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- VSA license is an asset. If the applicant does not possess a VSA license, they must apply for it within 30 days of joining.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
