Homeless 2 Homeownership (H2H), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is on a mission to transform lives. Our focus is creating pathways from homelessness to homeownership. Still, we need a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee and drive our financial initiatives to sustain and expand our impact.
We’re searching for a Real Estate Director who brings bold leadership, proven management expertise, and a strong understanding of financial and investment strategies. This individual will collaborate with our team to amplify our revenue streams and empower H2H to focus on its mission of changing lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth Leadership: Oversee the organization's real estate investments
- We Provide the property
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with investors interested in impactful real estate ventures, driving returns while advancing H2H’s mission.
- Investor Relations: Bring existing investor networks or develop new relationships with individuals passionate about achieving financial success through real estate investments.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure follow-up, follow-through, and execution on all revenue-driving initiatives, working closely with our real estate team and legal advisors.
