CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - On-Site in Wisconsin

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:

In-Charge of the entire Accounting & Finance operation
Leading your team of direct reports
Lead the Budgeting & Forecasting Process
Lead the financial reporting process for Leadership
Act as the Go-To for all Key Stakeholders within the organization

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:

15+ years of General Accounting
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required
Management & Manufacturing Experience required
MBA/CPA/CMA welcomed
ERP Experience

Compensation: $225,000 - $300,000 Depending on Experience + Bonuses
