As CFO of a significant business division, you will partner closely with the EGM and executive leadership to shape strategic direction, enhance capital allocation and drive sustainable earnings growth. This is a genuine enterprise role with visibility at Group level and direct influence across investment, risk and performance agendas.
You will lead a high-calibre finance function while acting as a commercial catalyst across operations, challenging assumptions, sharpening insight and ensuring financial rigour underpins every major decision.
Key focus areas:
- Drive financial performance across a complex, multi-revenue stream portfolio
- Lead capital strategy, funding optimisation and investment evaluation
- Partner with operational leaders to enhance margins, productivity and cash flow
- Strengthen governance, risk management and performance transparency
- Embed advanced analytics and forward-looking financial insight
- Represent the division across Group planning, Board and enterprise forums
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance leadership team
What You’ll Bring:
You are an accomplished senior finance executive with experience in large-scale, asset-intensive environments such as energy, infrastructure, resources or advanced manufacturing.
You bring:
- A proven record of driving transformation, growth and shareholder value
- Deep understanding of capital allocation, pricing dynamics and risk management
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to influence operational leaders
- Executive presence and credibility with Boards and senior stakeholders
- The capacity to lead through complexity and change
- Strategic, numerically astute and commercially grounded, you combine analytical rigour with pragmatic decision-making.
