Company
This is a compelling opportunity to join a long-established, privately owned manufacturing business with a strong heritage and an ambitious growth agenda.
The company designs and manufactures specialist industrial equipment sold into global markets. With revenues of c.$100m and a clear pathway to double the business by 2030, the organisation is investing heavily in innovation, new product development, and international expansion, particularly across India and North America.
Despite its scale and global footprint, the business retains an entrepreneurial, family-oriented culture. People stay for the long term. The environment is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on doing things well.
The Opportunity
As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and Board to support accelerated growth while preserving the discipline and values that underpin the business.
This role is about commercial leadership, business partnering, and building for scale. You will help shape strategy, support investment decisions, strengthen systems and processes, and provide clarity as the business expands its manufacturing and supply chain footprint globally.
The Profile
This role will suit a CFO or senior finance leader who:
- Experienced in manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally with exposure to complex supply chains
- Has operated in a growth-oriented business, balancing growth with disciplined execution
- Is comfortable in international settings, supporting cross-border operations and expansion
- Brings a strong commercial mindset, able to influence decision-making and challenge constructively
- Enjoys being hands-on and visible, yet is equally comfortable on the factory floor and in the boardroom
- Leads with humility, energy, and integrity, and builds trust across all levels of the organisation
Why This Role
- A clear and credible growth strategy to double the business
- Strong innovation and product development pipeline
- Global operations with meaningful expansion ahead
- Values-led, people-first culture with long-term tenure
- Opportunity to play a defining role in the next chapter of a market-leading business
If you’re a commercially minded CFO who enjoys working closely with the business and wants to help scale a high-quality manufacturing organisation then this role offers both impact and longevity.
