Position
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and investors, you will:
- Drive the commercial and strategic agenda across the business.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Strengthen financial disciplines, governance, systems and reporting as the business continues to mature.
- Deliver meaningful commercial insights through data, analytics and financial modelling.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve performance and support future growth initiatives.
- Play a key role in preparing the business for its next stage of value creation.
Profile
- CA/CPA qualified with proven CFO experience.
- Experience within a private equity-backed business is highly regarded, with a strong understanding of investor expectations, value creation and operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in FMCG, retail or other consumer-facing sectors will be viewed favourably.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence decision-making beyond the numbers.
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation, improving systems and building scalable finance functions.
- A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys partnering with executives, Boards and investors to deliver results.
