As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role partnering with the Executive General Manager and contributing directly to both retail and group level financial strategy. This is a unique opportunity to help steer this organisation through a period of growth and innovation.

In this position, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the EGM and the leadership team.
- Provide strategic, commercial, and financial insights that drive performance and growth.
- Turn complex data into actionable intelligence. Transforming maths into meaning.
- Lead initiatives across retail operations, supply chain and property portfolios to unlock value and efficiency.
- Partner cross functionally to drive innovation and enable informed, responsible risk taking.
- Contribute to the organisation’s transition journey, with a focus on sustainability and long term shareholder returns.
About You:
You are a commercially excellent, technically strong finance leader with the ability to translate numbers into strategy. You thrive on complexity, influence with integrity and collaborate to achieve meaningful outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience in complex retail or FMCG environments, ideally with multi-site operations.
- A proven record of success in publicly listed or similarly structured organisations.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance and financial control frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Confident, humble and credible.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritise what matters and drive continuous improvement.
