Position
- Partner closely with the CEO and Board to drive commercial and strategic outcome
- Lead, mentor and elevate an established finance function
- Bring structure, systems and rigour as the business continues to corporatisation
- Leverage data, analytics and modelling to support decision-makin
- Align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all level
Profile
- CA/CPA qualified with proven CFO experience
- Strong FMCG, Retail or private equity background highly desirable
- Expertise across systems, ERP and process improvement
- Commercial acumen with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
- A confident, grounded leader with presence, energy and the ability to challenge constructively
