We are looking for a personable and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support daily business activities and administrative tasks. The Operations Coordinator's responsibilities include administrative support, business operations, basic project management, client interface, and helping build a better business.

As Operations Coordinator, you’ll be in the center of our training business, helping everyone get what they need when they need it. To be successful as an Operations Coordinator, you should be able to solve problems and communicate efficiently. We’re looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented with an eye for process improvement. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the smooth daily operations of the business.
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling training programs and meetings (this part is harder than it sounds for some – lots of moving parts and complex calendars across multiple time zones), organizing client requests, travel arrangements, keeping a complex calendar on point.
- Dealing with quirky team members or clients who forget to follow the process
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing client briefings, and invoicing.
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues related to client delivery, product development, and business operations.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
Operations Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least three years of office management or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Ability to work with driven, overwhelmed professionals, and keep everything moving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Trello, Basecamp, Asana, Canva, and Wordpress or related softwares desired.
