Job Summary:
We are seeking for a highly organized and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operational activities of our company. This role is responsible for improving productivity, enhancing business processes, ensuring smooth operations across departments, and supporting senior management in the execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality performance across all business functions.
· Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
· Lead and manage key operational projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Collaborate with different departments (e.g., finance, sales, marketing, HR) to ensure alignment of operational strategies and effective communication across teams.
· Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor spending, and recommend cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.
· Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
· Ensure that operations are compliant with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
· Manage, guide, and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring professional growth.
· Assist in the development of long-term business strategies, providing insights based on operational data and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, supply chain management, and financial principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business software, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in process optimization and business analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
