Go-to-Market Manager (f/m/d/x) – Germany
Our client is a leading tech company in the drive-to-store industry, connecting consumers with local retailers through digital platforms. It helps retailers boost in-store traffic by providing real-time promotions, store information, and personalized shopping experiences. For their office located in Berlin, Germany, we are looking for a Go-to-Market Manager (f/m/d/x) with a strong marketing background and experience in executing successful market expansion strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand positioning and drive go-to-market initiatives in Germany and beyond.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with global objectives and adapt to local market needs
- Lead market launches of new products and services, ensuring targeted positioning in key verticals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Develop storytelling and messaging strategies that integrate corporate branding with local market preferences
- Support the sales team with product training, positioning materials, and presentations for key clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, communications, sales) and external stakeholders to execute market initiatives
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international tech company or media agency
- Strong background in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and brand positioning
- Results-driven with expertise in KPIs, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
