Join our team as a Go-to-Market Manager (f/m/d/x) and leverage your deep marketing expertise and passion for market strategy to significantly drive our global expansion. If you have built your career in AdTech, Digital Advertising, or within a Media Agency, and you understand how to tailor brand messaging precisely for diverse markets, you've come to the right place.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Global Brand Strategy & Local Adaptation: You will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored Go-to-Market strategies. You will harmonize our global direction with the specific requirements of local markets (Germany and Austria) and secure our market presence through continuous monitoring of competitors and trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Serving as the strategic bridge between Product, Brand, and Sales, you will coordinate internal stakeholders, ensure alignment on objectives, and manage processes with the foresight of an experienced project manager.
- Portfolio Management & Product Launches: You will lead the launch of new products and services, ensuring their optimal commercial positioning. You will identify relevant verticals and guarantee a market entry that meets both our KPIs and business expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Through detailed market analysis, you will identify the needs of local target groups and derive concrete strategic recommendations for business development and communication strategies.
- Storytelling & Sales Enablement: You will develop compelling storytelling and positioning strategies that unite our corporate DNA with local market dynamics. You will support the German and Austrian Sales teams with training and collateral, utilizing your commercial intuition to drive success.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Experience: You have at least 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the AdTech sector, digital advertising, or a media agency environment. You have a proven track record of successfully implementing Go-to-Market strategies.
- Strategic Focus & Execution: You combine a deep understanding of the market with a strong "hands-on" mentality. You think strategically without ever losing sight of operational excellence.
- Strong Communication: As a competent point of contact, you navigate confidently between various stakeholders and can present complex topics clearly and persuasively.
- Personality: You are characterized by flexibility, resilience, and team spirit. You maintain an overview even during dynamic phases, remain patient, and act in a solution-oriented manner.
- Sales Enablement: Strong sales mindset with a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to effectively collaborate with sales-related stakeholders.
- Language Skills: You are proficient in German at a native level and communicate confidently and fluently in English.
