Job Title: GTM Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced GTM Manager to lead our go-to-market (GTM) and expansion initiatives. This role involves managing strategic projects at the head office level, overseeing stakeholder management, and creating expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the pharma and FMCG sectors, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive market penetration and growth.
- Oversee the execution of GTM plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Expansion Planning:
- Create and manage expansion plans to enter new markets and regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and growth.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment of GTM and expansion activities with stakeholders.
Strategic Projects:
- Lead strategic projects at the head office level, driving initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of GTM and expansion initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institution.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in GTM, expansion, or related roles, with significant exposure to both the pharma and FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
