Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team dedicated to establishing the operational framework that supports sales excellence.
- Act as a strategic advisor, facilitating operational improvements aligned with corporate sales and revenue objectives.
- Champion the optimization of sales tools and processes, particularly within Salesforce, to enhance opportunity management.
- Design and oversee sales compensation plans and incentives that motivate and reward high performance.
- Conduct global forecasting and business performance analysis, collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure robust pipeline management.
- Manage the evaluation and approval process for commercial deals to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with finance and legal requirements.
- Spearhead the execution of our Annual Operating Plan, ensuring cohesive efforts across various teams to meet targeted outcomes.
Required Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations within a technology sales environment, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Proven ability to streamline sales processes and implement automation for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Strong strategic planning abilities with experience in quota and pipeline forecasting, capacity management, and bookings.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in developing and managing cross-functional teams and sales enablement programs.
- Excellent communication capabilities, adept at building relationships across diverse internal teams including finance, legal, and HR.
- Proficient in Salesforce, particularly CPQ, with familiarity in other sales tools such as Xactly, Conga, and LeanData.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrable success in Revenue Operations and strategic leadership roles.
