Job Title: CFO
Location: Naples, FL
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and support ongoing operations and capital investments.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market risks, regulatory compliance, and project-specific risks.
- Financial Reporting: Lead financial reporting efforts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and relevant industry regulations.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize resource allocation and capital investments to maximize financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. Experience in the construction industry or related field is highly desirable.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and drive results.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
