Key Responsibilities:

- Expertise: Demonstrated success in financial strategy, capital management, and operational efficiency.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including regulatory environments and reimbursement models.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Leadership: Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial management tools and CRM software.
