Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position requires strong organizational, communication and customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

Conduct studio sessions acting as Studio Concierge and prioritizing this function.
Assist in the development, implementation and documentation of operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Utilize CRM to quickly respond to sales inquiries and improve business performance.
Manage the company calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and avoid overlap.
Create visual representations of data using tools such as Canva, Microsoft Suite, Visio, Power BI, to support decision-making..
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review as requested.
Support the integration of business intelligence tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
