We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator/Manager to work across functional areas such as Delivery, Finance, Delivery Operations, People Operations, and Recruitment to ensure seamless communication and flawless service. This role requires a person who sweats the details, so our Delivery Team can focus on providing award-winning data and analytics and world-class customer experiences. This role is new to our business unit as we scale, and we anticipate the perfect hire is a detail-oriented and organized communicator who takes ownership of driving end-to-end processes across functional areas.
What you will be doing
- Work with the Data & Analytics Business Unit, Recruitment, and People Operations to coordinate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Work with the Data & Analytics Business Unit and Finance to ensure accruals, invoicing, and POs are sent and collected on time.
- Provide a centralized point of contact between other functional areas and the Data & Analytics Business Unit.
- Host a monthly cross-functional meeting to ensure all functional areas know what the others are working on; proactively note downstream impacts and support necessary coordination to avoid disruptions.
- Work with the Finance and DeliveryOps teams to analyze & interpret weekly and monthly reporting for BU leadership; support data hygiene required for reliable reporting
- Drive and introduce operational efficiencies — gather requirements and coordinate with cross-functional areas as needed.
- Maintain consistent file governance across SharePoint, Teams, and Confluence.
- Support account program/project management as required.
- Coordinate with BU leadership to complete special projects as required within the realm of operational efficiencies and cross-functional orchestration.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of agency or consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Program Management & Delivery Operations subject matter.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and communications.
- Experience with Microsoft and Atlassian is a must.
- Experience with Data & Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce admin, Parallax, JazzHR is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and flawless customer-centric focus.
- Ability to drive outcomes and take ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
- BS/BA in Business, Program Management, Communications or related fields.
