Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Compensation: $275,000 - $315,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Equity

Position Overview
We are seeking an execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations across the organization. The CFO will partner with the CEO and private equity sponsors to drive financial performance, scale the business, and support both organic growth and M&A initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader to shape the trajectory of a dynamic, tech-enabled business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead development of financial strategies aligned with growth goals and PE value creation plans.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, offering financial insight, forecasting, and capital allocation guidance.
Operational Finance Oversight
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, revenue recognition, treasury, and tax functions, with a focus on SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, churn, etc.).
- Implement scalable financial systems and reporting frameworks.
Private Equity Partnership
- Act as the lead financial contact with private equity sponsors, providing timely reporting, KPI dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Support board meeting preparation, capital structure analysis, and long-term strategic planning.
Performance Optimization
- Improve financial visibility and enhance key SaaS metrics, focusing on EBITDA growth, cash flow, and unit economics.
- Develop and track company-wide KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Lead the annual budget and rolling forecast process across the organization.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to assess growth scenarios and operational scalability.
M&A and Integration
- Manage financial aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
- Establish scalable processes to support a buy-and-build growth strategy.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team capable of supporting a high-growth technology business.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit readiness, revenue recognition policies, and regulatory requirements (including GAAP and ASC 606).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role within a PE-backed technology or SaaS business.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and financial operations, including ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, and CAC.
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems, dashboard development, and financial automation.
- Proven track record of driving growth, margin improvement, and enterprise value in a PE-backed environment.
