Salary: £50,000-£60,000 basic, plus 10-20% bonus
Location: London office in Liverpool Street three days per week; home-based the rest of the week

About the company
Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered B2B SaaS company helping enterprise teams streamline their operations, reduce risk, and enhance control. With strong traction, triple-digit growth, and a team that has doubled in size over the past year, they’re looking for an experienced RevOps Manager to play a key role in optimising their go-to-market strategy.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with sales, marketing, and leadership to drive revenue efficiency, improve processes, and shape their long-term commercial strategy.
The role
- GTM Optimisation: Work with sales & marketing leaders to improve pipeline conversion, optimise lead follow-up, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Evaluate team performance, providing data-driven insights on key areas like discovery call execution and inbound response SLAs.
- Revenue Strategy & Planning: Lead strategic initiatives, from territory mapping to capacity planning, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and optimise HubSpot and other GTM tools, ensuring best practices and seamless integrations.
- Process & Execution Excellence: Establish structured sales processes, instill pipeline discipline, and drive accountability in forecasting and performance tracking.
- Customer Insights & Growth Strategy: Analyse expansion opportunities within existing accounts and inform strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
What you will need to succeed in this role
- Experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar data-driven commercial role within B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical expertise in HubSpot and other sales/marketing tools, with a knack for automation and process improvement.
- Analytical mindset – you separate signal from noise and deliver actionable insights that drive results.
- Track record of working cross-functionally with GTM teams to improve efficiency and performance.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset – you take ownership and thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
