Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience launching and managing products (internal or consumer facing).
- Experience in change management, including delivering training and developing communications.
- Experience in project management, prioritization, and working across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with sales organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, writing, and delivery to executives.
About the jobThe Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Americas Business and Strategy Organization is the central team in the Americas guiding strategy, operations, and transformation across Ads products and customer industries in Americas Large Customer Services (our largest Ads customer channel).
The Tools and Workflows team leads activation and launch of sales tools, program manages large transformations, identifies future capabilities to deliver an assistive, efficient seller workflow. Tools are the key to scaling business priorities and enabling growth, as the resource sellers consult daily to plan, pitch, optimize, collaborate, perform analysis, and implement advertising campaigns with their customers. We are internal product leaders who have unprecedented access to the end-user, at a time when sales tools are critical to drive growth and scale. We solve for the strategy via tools, translating between the technical and the business objectives. We aim to “know sellers best”. The tools we work on form the foundation of what our sellers do daily and how they engage with customers.
In this role, you will have an opportunity to shape and launch new capabilities that impact thousands of sellers. You will lead change management programs and develop and execute creative activation strategies. You will identify and solve for the next need.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Manage tools and workflows transformations, leading GTM and Sales through change.
- Develop and orchestrate a creative, engaging activation strategy (e.g., champs, councils, training, communications, hubs) and uplevel our approach to change management across launches.
- Partner with Go-to-Market, Sales Leaders and Sales teams to understand feedback, define how tools power the ‘next big business priority’, and prioritize roadmap requests.
- Research and document user workflows, putting features in the context of the overall user journey.
- Partner with Global Sales Activation Product and developing teams to discover, design, build, test, and launch features to help our users do more, faster.
