Role Overview: As our RevOps Manager, you'll streamline processes, develop reporting systems, and drive efficiency across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Your strategic insights will be key to refining our go-to-market strategies and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize end-to-end revenue processes across departments.
- Develop and manage reporting, dashboarding, and forecasting systems.
- Refine ICP and persona targeting for better market alignment.
- Collaborate with teams to align on revenue goals.
- Oversee the implementation of our software stack, focusing on HubSpot CRM.
- Establish revenue standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with demonstrable success in scaling revenue and optimizing go-to-market processes.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Expertise in creating accurate forecasting models, building actionable dashboards, and generating data-driven insights to guide decision-making.Experience refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target personas to align sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
- Ability to define and implement end-to-end revenue cycle processes, establish revenue standards, and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to align sales, marketing, and customer success teams, fostering a unified approach toward revenue goals.
- Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of scaling a SaaS or B2B startup, especially in the enterprise space.
