Tatum was recently made aware of a 3-4 month need with a small manufacturing and distribution company located near Dallas, Texas. This role will be full-time and on-site in nature.
The selected consultant will be responsible for the seamless coordination of all Accounting and HR reporting functions, ensuring treasury management, budgeting, and audits are completed accurately and on time. You will step into a role previously defined by significant process improvements, including the reduction of month-end close cycles by 10 days and the alignment of payroll software with ERP systems.
Requirements:
- In-Office availability located North of Dallas, TX
- "Hands-On" CFO experience with companies from $30-$100MM revenue size
- Immediately availability for full-time contract work (W2)
- Prior Manufacturing and Distribution experience needed
- Multi-Plant Oversight experience strongly preferred
