About Maventi Group
Maventi Group is a Texas-based multi-entity holding company operating across logistics, SaaS, real estate, sourcing, and consumer products. We generated $3.6M in revenue in 2025 with $1.2M in net profit and are targeting $7.2M in 2026. We are not a startup, we are a profitable, cash-flowing operating company building toward $100M+ in consolidated revenue with 30–40% EBITDA margins.
Our portfolio includes Beyond Logix (NVOCC freight forwarding), Beyond Clearance (licensed customs brokerage), Logiq FM (commercial trucking), Aulintri (logistics SaaS), RakSiam Global (Southeast Asia sourcing), Stackpoint Realty, Artful Hue (consumer skincare), and Colvex — a newly formed Texas home services roll-up platform targeting 8+ acquisitions and a $29M–$41M exit in Year 5.
Maventi Group serves as the centralized back-office infrastructure for all entities including Colvex, handling consolidated finance, HR, marketing, and IT. We are building the institutional infrastructure now that our growth trajectory demands.
Why This Role Exists
We don’t have a CFO. That is the honest answer. We are running eight entities across multiple verticals on QuickBooks, making capital allocation decisions without consolidated financial reporting, and seeking start our first Colvex acquisition using SBA 7(a) financing. We are also evaluating M&A opportunities in logistics and building toward outside capital conversations.
The person we hire will build the financial infrastructure from scratch — consolidated reporting, entity-level P&L visibility, cash flow forecasting, lender compliance, and the governance layer that supports a $100M holding company. This is a builder role, not a caretaker role. If you are looking to step into a mature finance function and optimize it, this is not the right opportunity. If you want to architect one, it is.
What You’ll Own
Financial Infrastructure
- Build consolidated financial reporting across all Maventi Group entities — monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow visibility at both entity and holding company level
- Migrate and systematize QuickBooks across entities; evaluate and implement upgraded financial systems as the portfolio scales
- Establish cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes that give the CEO real decision-making data
- Design and enforce the KPI and financial reporting cadence across entity leaders
Colvex & M&A Finance
- Manage SBA 7(a) lender relationships and compliance reporting for Colvex acquisitions
- Build the financial infrastructure for acquired businesses post-close — chart of accounts standardization, consolidation, intercompany eliminations
- Support acquisition diligence — financial model validation, QoE preparation, seller note structuring
- Lead Year 5 exit preparation for Colvex: quality of earnings, buyer financial presentations, lender management
Capital & Strategic Finance
- Manage cash deployment and capital allocation decisions across the portfolio in partnership with the CEO
- Build the financial narrative and reporting package for outside capital conversations as the company scales
- Evaluate financing structures — debt, equity, SBA, seller notes — and recommend optimal capital stack for each opportunity
- Own treasury, banking relationships, and entity-level cash management
What We’re Looking For
Non-Negotiables
- Experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Controller at a multi-entity or growth-stage company — you have built financial infrastructure before, not just maintained it
- Multi-entity consolidation experience — you understand intercompany accounting, entity-level vs. consolidated reporting, and the complexity that comes with it
- Builder’s mentality — you are comfortable with ambiguity, can prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver results without a fully staffed team under you
- Strong technical accounting foundation — you can roll up your sleeves and work in the detail when needed, not just manage others who do
Strongly Preferred
- M&A or roll-up experience — you have supported or led financial diligence, post-close integration, or exit preparation
- SBA lending familiarity — you understand the reporting obligations and lender management that comes with SBA 7(a) financing
- Holding company or private equity-backed company experience
- Logistics, services, or operationally intensive industry background
- CPA designation preferred but not required if experience is strong
Disqualifiers
- Only public company or Fortune 500 finance experience — the structure, resources, and pace are fundamentally different from what this role requires
- No experience building financial infrastructure from scratch — if every role has been stepping into an established function, this will be a difficult transition
- Requires a large team to be effective — in the near term you will be doing meaningful individual contributor work alongside strategic leadership
Compensation
Base Salary: $150,000–$165,000 depending on experience
Performance Path: Clear milestone-based increases to $185,000–$200,000 at 12–18 months, tied to consolidated reporting infrastructure live, Colvex financial integration complete, and first acquisition closed cleanly
Growth Trajectory: You are joining a company that will look meaningfully different in 24 months. The scope, compensation, and institutional weight of this role compounds as the portfolio scales. This is not a lateral move — it is a platform to build a career-defining body of work.
