About the Role
As a Founders Associate Intern, you’ll work closely with our co-founders on strategic projects—mainly in the areas of go-to-market and marketing. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in a growing startup that sits at the intersection of tech, finance, and impact.
You’ll play an active role in shaping how we reach and engage with clients, support go-to-market efforts, and contribute to the growth of both our brand and our business. You’ll also collaborate directly with our diverse client base—building relationships and gaining deep insights into the startup world.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including content creation, social media, and email marketing
• Assist with customer acquisition efforts—from identifying potential leads to nurturing long-term client relationships
• Contribute to GTM strategies that position Morrow Collective effectively in the market
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Help craft clear, compelling messaging and marketing materials
• Work with the founding team on strategic projects that align marketing and business goals
• Assist in organizing community-focused initiatives such as events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions
What We’re Looking For
- You’re excited by dynamic environments and enjoy taking initiative

- You’re a clear communicator, able to tailor your messaging for different audiences and channels
- You enjoy working independently, but also thrive in a supportive team setting
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or startup environments is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, or content creation is an advantage
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in a relevant field is desired, but not a must
- Proficiency in German is a MUST
