We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations and Business Development Representativeto drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and develop strategic relationships. A key part of this role involves stakeholder mapping within client organizations, account & company mapping, and planning strategic sales meetings to maximize engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to streamline operations and drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify and map relevant stakeholders within client organizations, including decision-makers, influencers, gatekeepers, and champions.
- Maintain a stakeholder database tracking communication touchpoints, influence levels, and decision-making authority.
- Assist in crafting compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Perform detailed account and company mapping to understand client organizational structures, key departments, and reporting hierarchies.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Track and analyze historical engagement, deal progression, and customer needs for a data-driven approach to account management.
- Develop structured meeting plans for high-value client engagements, ensuring discussions align with business objectives.
- Assist in pre-meeting research to tailor conversations based on client needs, industry trends, and stakeholder priorities.
- Document key meeting takeaways, action points, and follow-ups to drive progress in the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or account management.
- Experience in stakeholder mapping, company mapping, and strategic account planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
