Open to travel: frequent travel to US,UK, UAE, and South Africa

As our Chief Revenue Officer, you will join our executive leadership team to drive
revenue generation strategies that propel our business objectives forward. This is a

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy
aligned with company goals, focusing on maximizing profitability and sustainable growth
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and oversee sales, marketing, and business
development teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and
performance excellence
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through effective sales strategies, identify new market
opportunities, and cultivate strategic partnerships
Brand Enhancement: Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to
strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and customer engagement
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients,
understanding their evolving needs and ensuring our solutions align with their goals
Financial Planning: Develop accurate revenue forecasts, analyze trends, and provide
insights to inform strategic decisions
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technology, Delivery, Data
Science, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between revenue initiatives
and product enhancements
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer
feedback to identify opportunities for revenue optimization
Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with necessary tools, training, and resources
to drive successful sales outcomes
Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
revenue team performance and adjust strategies as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in revenue-focused leadership roles,
preferably within Financial or IT Service sectors
Bachelor's degree in engineering or master's degree in finance or related field (master's
preferred)
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and
developing innovative strategies
Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication skills
Strong understanding of financial markets, Banking and Capital market products
Visionary thinking with ability to anticipate market trends and revenue opportunities
Deep understanding of customer behavior and experience design
Proficiency in data analysis and insight generation
Expertise in identifying and leveraging emerging trends and technologies
Advanced negotiation skills, contract management experience, and partnership-building
abilities
