We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our growing operations team at Beamery in London.
This position will suit an excellent problem solver, with attention to detail, strong business and data acumen, a positive go-getter attitude and the ability to communicate and negotiate within many levels of an organisation.
What will you do as a Business Operations Analyst with Beamery?
Own Beamery’s Business Intelligence (BI) program by working closely with business stakeholders to align on metrics, dashboard build and reporting cadence
Facilitate the effective execution and communication of executive level reporting needs between Finance, Sales and Customer Success
Partner with Revenue Operations to facilitate the transfer and aggregation of sales org data with wider org BI data
Partner with Customer Success to ensure effectiveness of Beamery’s customer health reporting suite
Assess and act on ad hoc data analysis and variance reporting
Maintain, optimize and validate accuracy/consistency of the catalogue of reporting dashboards used by the team to drive real-time business decisions
Undertake price and new product modelling
Quarterly board deck preparation
About you
At least 2- 3 years experience within Consulting, Finance or Operations with a focus on data analysis
Skilled user of BI tools including Excel and Domo
High business acumen with the ability, proactiveness and desire to find and drive process improvement and solution development
Strong ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and think outside of the box
Ability to uncover and define business needs based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys and workflow analysis
Ability to roll your sleeves up to get something done on your own as well as the ability to engage with all levels of the organization to effectively drive outcomes
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and desire for continuous learning
