Jewellery & E-Commerce Assistant (Business Operations Focus)
Full-time, permanent – Thames Ditton
Salary: £30,000 per year (plus holiday & benefits)
Additional earnings: Commission on online sales (up to £10,000 per year)
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

The Role
This position goes far beyond retail. While jewellery is part of what we do, the role sits at the intersection of business operations, e-commerce, customer management, and day-to-day shop coordination.
You will gain experience across multiple crucial areas of running a small but rapidly expanding business.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Supporting the smooth running of the shop and back-office operations
- Managing online listings, photography and e-commerce workflows
- Supporting social media and online marketing activity
- Assisting with customer enquiries and online sales conversations
- Preparing orders, managing packaging and post
- Updating stock systems and assisting with inventory control
- Helping to create and improve internal processes
- Maintaining shop presentation and supporting in-store customer interactions

As your responsibilities increase, your salary and earning potential will also increase, with substantial additional commission available on online sales (up to £10,000 per year).
