We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce CPQ to join our team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation of Salesforce integration and crafting scalable solutions in the telecommunications domain. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive Salesforce expertise to manage large technical teams and make a significant impact on our strategic technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and provide guidance to a team of developers and technical professionals in implementing integration with external systems, ensuring data integrity and quality, and creating scalable and optimized solutions
- Regularly communicate and coordinate with client managers and development teams to understand their needs and align IT strategy with the organization's mission
- Educate technology departments about new frameworks and best practices, promoting solution designs that meet business objectives
- Analyze current trends in technology architecture and explore innovative solutions and technologies for continuous improvement
- Oversee and manage technological risks, collaborating with stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Coordinate ongoing activities and translate design concepts into IT operations, ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of technical solutions
- Continuously deliver new functionalities and improvements, perform maintenance, and provide support through optimization and refactoring efforts
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of extensive experience and expertise in the Salesforce platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations
- Proven track record of leading large teams and successfully delivering technical projects in telecommunications or similar domains
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve platform limitations and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to stay calm and focused under tight deadlines, with a stress-resistant and can-do attitude
- Strong English communication skills (B2+) to effectively interact with client managers, development teams, and other stakeholders
